The sizes of our apartments vary 33 to 65 square meters.

We hope to open a restaurant, bar, and several meeting rooms on the first floor during the year, as well as a wellness department on the 14th floor.

Question and answer

  • Room keys & access

    You can check in through our guest app to receive a digital key directly on your phone. We will send you a link to the guest app via email and SMS before check-in.

    Your digital keys are available throughout your stay and are automatically deactivated at checkout.

    Alternatively, you can create a physical key card on the iPad in the lobby by entering your confirmation number (four digits) and your full name.

  • When is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

    If you would like an earlier check-in or a later check-out, this can best be arranged through the guest app or by contacting us via chat or at stay@luxhotel.no.

    If you have a check-out after 11:00 AM, you need to update the app or create a new key card on the iPad in the lobby. You can do this by pressing "create new key card".

  • Will you share the digital key?

    You can share the digital key with all registered guests on your reservation.

  • Modify or cancel a reservation

    Any changes or cancellations can be made by contacting us at stay@luxhotel.no.

  • Reception

    We do not have a staffed reception, so all check-in and check-out is done through our guest app or on the iPad in the lobby. If you need assistance, you can call us at: +47 638 19 000.

    If you lose access, you can create a new key card on the iPad in the lobby by pressing "Create new key card" and entering your confirmation number (four digits) and full name.

    If you have lost your phone, you can exit the hotel and contact us by the black intercom outside the entrance:

    1. Press "Please touch the screen".
    2. Press the button at the top center that looks like a magnifying glass.
    3. Type "L" and press "LUX Hotel" to call us.

  • What is included in the stay?

    Our prices include VAT and Wi-Fi.

    All apartments are furnished with hotel amenities such as an iron, safe, Nespresso machine, washing machine (not applicable for the Superior Studio Apartment "Spa-Edition"), dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

    Full cleaning is done every 7-10 days.

    You can request a change of towels, bed linens, and more frequent cleaning for an additional cost by the app.

  • Parking

    You can park in the hotel’s parking garage for a fee.

    The address of the parking garage is: Kjerulfs gate 1F, 2000 Lillestrøm.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space before or during your stay, but there is usually always availability.

    You can access the hotel from the parking garage. Use the guest app key or the code you received via SMS to open the door.

    It is possible to pay through the payment machine in the car park or by using the easypark app.

  • Car care

    In the hotel’s parking garage, you will find LUX Bilpleie.

    They offer:
    - Exterior and interior wash
    - Interior cleaning
    - Exterior polishing
    - Tire change

  • Location

    LUX Hotel is located about a 7-minute walk from Lillestrøm train station. From Lillestrøm train station, it takes 10 minutes by train to Oslo Airport and to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S).

    There is a short distance to the city center, where there are many restaurants and shopping options.

  • Wheelchair accessible apartments

    We have a few number of rooms that are adapted to guests with reduced mobility. These rooms are fitted with additional handles and expanded shower zones including to adjusted height. If you have any questions or require more information, please contact us. Please make sure to note the request for this room when you make a reservation.

  • Pets

    Pets are allowed on the 3rd floor. We will unfortunately not have the ability to accommodate pets if you are assigned on another floor. If your reservation confirmation does not explicitly state that pets are allowed, it means pets are not permitted in your accommodation for that period.
