With an incredible panoramic view of all of Lillestrøm, this roof terrace is the perfect venue for your event. Whether you're planning a wedding, party, confirmation, kick-off, christening, or any other special occasion, this is the place to celebrate. Here, you can enjoy the spectacular view while celebrating with family, friends, or colleagues. Our roof terrace can accommodate approximately 120 people and offers a unique atmosphere with space for both seating and mingling.

Location:
LUX Hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Lillestrøm train station. From there, it’s just a 10-minute train ride to Oslo Airport and to Oslo Central Station. The hotel is also close to the town center, which offers a wide range of restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Food and Drinks:
We do not have a kitchen on-site, so you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

Can we arrive early to decorate?
The venue is rented according to agreement, and it is not possible to enter before the agreed-upon time for decorating. If you wish to decorate in advance, the rental period must be extended.
What if it rains?
The roof terrace is outdoors and includes two pergolas, so parts of the space can be covered. If you want patio heaters, you will need to rent them separately.
When must the event end?
The venue is rented according to agreement. If the rental extends past 11:00 PM, the following rules apply: Music must be turned down at 11:00 PM and turned off at midnight. All guests must leave the venue by 1:00 AM (if the rental period allows for that; otherwise, the time stated in the contract applies).
What is the age requirement?
To rent the venue, one person must be listed as the renter and another as the safety officer. Both must be at least 20 years old and available during the entire event. The safety officer is responsible for ensuring that everyone evacuates safely in the event of an emergency.
What is the cancellation policy?
All changes must be made more than 60 days before the event.
- If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 60 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, you will receive no refund.
